Who I am
BlinkBuilds is an independent web design studio run by Aušra, based in Lithuania. For anything about your data, contact me at blink.web.builds@gmail.com.
What data I collect
Contact form: your name, email address and message, which you send me when you make an enquiry.
Booking a call: if you book through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and any details you enter. Their privacy policy applies to that data.
Cookies and analytics: if you accept cookies, this site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use it (for example which pages are viewed). You can accept, decline or manage cookies in the banner at any time.
Why I use it
To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project (this is necessary to respond to your request).
To run, secure and improve this website (based on your consent for analytics cookies, and my legitimate interest in keeping the site working).
Who I share it with
I use a few services to run this site and my business: Squarespace (website hosting, forms and analytics), Calendly (booking calls) and Google Workspace. These services process data on my behalf. Some of them are based outside the EU, and they rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for those transfers. I never sell your data.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless we start working together. In that case, I keep project records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to how I use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email me at blink.web.builds@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
Cookies
You can change your cookie choices at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Changes
If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top.
